What’s Covered:

Our warranties cover 100% of our internal bench rebuild assembly labor. If a component fails or a seal leaks due to a direct workmanship issue during our lab assembly within your warranty window, we will put it back on the bench and fix it on our dime.

⚠️ What is Explicitly Excluded (The Fine Print): To keep our pricing transparent and protect our low-overhead model, the warranty is strictly limited to bench labor and does not cover:

R&R Labor & Logistics: We do not cover the labor required to physically remove or reinstall the shocks on your truck, nor do we cover mobile trip fees, vehicle transit, or shipping costs.
Consumable Supplies: The physical cost of new replacement shop supplies (such as fresh seal kits, shock oil, or nitrogen gas) required during a warranty teardown is not covered.
External & Trail Damage: Any components found to be independently worn, bent, pitted by trail roost, damaged in a crash, or corroded by winter road salt are strictly excluded.
